If you haven't done so already, add your details in the Signature Creator and click Download.
A file called 'my_company_signature.htm' will be downloaded to your computers 'download folder' (or wherever you have set your downloads to go)
(note: the filename will be specific to your company - my_company_signature.htm is just an example)

Open the "my_company_signature.htm" file that you've just created in Chrome or Firefox (not tested with other browsers)

With the browser open and on the foreground and your signature file displayed, press Command + A on your keyboard to "Select All" and then Command + C on your keyboard to "Copy"
Note : Command Key is the Apple Key next to the space bar.

Open Outlook Select "Preferences" and "Signatures" on the next screen

Click the plus button on the lower left to create a new signature.

Press Command + v on your keyboard to paste in your signature that you copied from your browser.
Once your email signature has been pasted, you should see a clipboard icon at the bottom right of it, you may need to hover over the signature for it to appear. Click the clipboard and select Keep Source Formatting. This will ensure that your email signature uses our code and doesn't re-format back to using Outlook's code.

Close out of the window and click Save Changes. Then set your new email signature as your default in the bottom of the Signatures window.

Congratulations! Your email signature is now installed and ready to use!
